Biography
Benjamin Yellen is the Chief Technology Officer of Celldom, Inc., and also an Associate Professor at Duke University in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science. Dr. Yellen is an expert in microfabrication, microfluidics, electromagnetics and optics, image analysis platforms, and systems engineering, and he has published 80+ papers in journals such as Nature and PNAS. He has recently relocated to the Bay Area to work with Celldom full-time, leading the product translation efforts to combine high throughput phenotyping and genotyping tools for a single-cell based screening platform for lead applications in oncology, immunology, and neurology.
