Biography
Christopher leads One Codex, a powerful data platform for microbial genomics. He is responsible for driving the strategic vision for One Codex and supporting our globally distributed engineering, research and development, and commercial teams. With a background in computational biology and software engineering, his expertise lies in product and business development at the intersection of software and molecular biology. Prior to his current role, Christopher led the Metagenomics Platform team at Invitae building class-leading solutions for microbial genomics research, as well as advancing the use of NGS in clinical infectious disease applications and developing novel microbiome-based diagnostics.
