Biography
Amanda Pace has broad experience in the pharmaceutical development of large molecule biologics and cell therapies from phase I through commercialization. She worked at Genentech as the lead formulation scientist for Ocrevus, and led research on understanding formulation specific impacts on the deamidation of monoclonal antibodies. At BMS, she led the Global MSAT team working on cell therapy and viral vector transfers for commercial manufacturing; then moved to the cell therapy Process Development group, leading the process development team that commercialized Breyanzi along with establishing development plans and new technology introduction to support the pipeline. Currently she is the VP of Process and Analytical Development at Sonoma, working to bring novel Treg therapies to patients.
