Biography
Dr. Asabere is a founding member of the Helix Business Development team and has worked across the different products and services Helix has offered over the last 6 years. He currently leads efforts to establish strategic partnerships with health systems and payer groups across the nation to implement large scale population genomics with hybrid clinical and research goals. Prior to joining Helix, he was a healthcare consultant with GfK market Access helping clients develop payer reimbursement strategies. Dr Asabere was a visiting researcher at Stanford University School of Medicine in the Genetics Department where he studies biological differences between primate using omics technologies. Asabere received a B.A. in Biology from Knox College and his PhD and MSc from Yale University as a graduate student of Michael Snyder, PhD.
